use Ambi soap. You can find it at any drugstore.

Well, you see, when the scars are still red, there is a specific type of cream to get rid of them. But, this isnt your case, yours are probably whitened with age, which means you cannot get rid of them.
I wouldnt fuss about it, I find that scars can add a charm to people.
I have scars on my knees too. I was never aware of it being a problem. Why would it matter?
What are "worried" about? They are scars. They can't hurt you, you can't get infections from them. They just don't look nice---but there is nothing you can do to make them go away. The next time you get a cut---once the cut closes up, start using cocoa butter on it immediately. You can buy sticks of pure cocoa butter at any drug store. And you need the sticks---lotion with cocoa butter in it will NOT work. The cocoa butter will keep you from getting scars. But once they are there...they are there. Again, they cannot hurt you in any way.

There's something called Puderma for Adults. This will get rid of the scars or fade them slightly.

I would recommend that you use some type of ointment like mederma, bio-oil, or neosporn.
