I have had a small bump under my skin on my right leg for several years now what could this be?

Answer:
Any bump or lump that you cannot explain should be examined by a doctor. It could be a soft tissue sarcoma, bone cancer, or a cyst or benign tumor. The only way to know for sure is to have it examined. Young people are generally very healthy and can go for months ignoring the symptoms of cancer. Most cancer is asymptomatic until it is very advanced. One of the more common types of cancer to hit young people is bone or soft tissue sarcoma. They can start as small bumps under the skin on legs, arms, or just about anywhere there are bones or muscle.Soft Tissue Sarcoma Illustration

fatty tumor. its no big deal... u might wanna ask ur doctor tho if its bothering u because they can remove them...
A cyst?? Some sort of foreign matter?? If it doesn't hurt, if it hasn't grown, I would guess it's ok until you have your next doctors appointment.
